cycling (late again. 11:07 on the room clock) for about 40 mins. 25 lunges on the way to car. squatted from there to ARCO where i got $20 worth of gas. got home and did 8 min abs/arms/stretch. had more soy milk. 2 peaches. 1 before a nanner. 1 after. bbq flavored bean curd..2 squares.

4 peaches and prob plenty of added protein from hidden worms. plus 2 baby tomates. one double/triple the size of the other. and 2 multigrain wasa crackers with salsa. and tortilla chips with melted italian 6-cheese blend and salsa. i couldn’t do it. i was too hungry and light-headed and weak from lack of food/water/the heat.

threw it up. been a while since i’ve tasted the bile portion of my stomach contents. guess i threw up a little more than last time.
