brekkie: mtn high strawberry yogurt with added frozen strawberries. oatmeal. cheerios. almonds yesterday but not today. and lunch was a smoked salmon sandwich with iceberg lettuce and cream cheese + roma tomatoes..on potato bread. yuck. and trail mix of sunflower seeds, raisins, pine nuts, oatmeal, and almonds. prunes dinner was quiche that i made. turned out pretty well. and also some bok choy...
